Strength and Balance
A focused approach to increase balance, mobility and joint health. This practice emphasizes the weight-bearing aspect of yoga poses to support healthy bones and appropriately build strength to carry you through your day. Expect to generate some heat, improve muscle tone, and build stronger bones. Not only will this practice aid in your physical stamina but also improve your cognitive ability, and assist you in reacting better in your everyday life. No prior yoga experience necessary — come as you are. Beginners are encouraged.

Classes takes place every Saturday at Vyana Wellness Collective in Cambria, so there is no need to purchase your space ahead of time. You can simply come to the venue and pay at the door. The cost is $12/per person.
