Slow Flow and Restore
Every Sunday morning, before embarking on the new week ahead, join us in a yoga practice that opens the barriers and reconnects you to your flowing spring of vitality. We will start the practice with slow supportive movement on the floor, then explore some slow flow standing postures that will invigorate some heat, lengthen your muscles and strengthen your ability to find balance in your physical form. At the end of each practice, we’ll further release into stretchy or restorative poses depending on your range of mobility and finally enter into a state of meditative serenity. Intended to offer sensations of lightness and ease so you can start your week out well rested and refreshed. All levels are welcome.
