Yin Flow and Meditation
We’ll begin our practice by bringing awareness to our bodies with breath, witness the current state of our minds, and nurture the parts of ourselves that need our undivided attention. We’ll create subtle movement to decompress and cultivate release, and experience long held lengthening Yin postures entirely on the floor. To close, we will reignite the flow of our prana (energy/life force) with breath practices and guided meditation so you feel completely rejuvenated and motivated to finish out your week inspired and strong. Intended to alleviate any accumulative physical or mental stress and/or tenseness expressed by afflicted emotions. No prior yoga experience necessary — come as you are.
